Data Deletion Instructions

1. Request deletion by email

You can request deletion of your TrainerDNA account, workspace, connected platform data, or specific records by emailing tandemdnamarketing@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account.

Suggested subject line: TrainerDNA Data Deletion Request

2. What to include in your request

Please specify what you want deleted:

• Full TrainerDNA account
• Workspace data
• Connected platform or integration data
• Facebook/Instagram connection data
• Google Calendar connection data
• TikTok/YouTube/other social connection data
• Stripe/payment connection data
• Specific client or prospect records

Include your account email and, if applicable, the connected username or ID so we can locate the correct records.

3. Verification

TrainerDNA may need to verify account ownership before deleting data. We may ask you to confirm details associated with your account to protect your information.

4. Facebook / Instagram / Meta

If you connected Facebook or Instagram to TrainerDNA, you can remove TrainerDNA's access at any time in your Meta, Facebook, or Instagram account settings under Apps and Websites or Business Integrations.

You can also email TrainerDNA to request deletion of connected Meta data stored by TrainerDNA.

Important: TrainerDNA will delete or disconnect stored Meta connection data we control, subject to legal, security, and fraud-prevention retention requirements. TrainerDNA cannot delete data that remains inside Meta's own services; you must manage that through your Meta account settings.

5. Google / TikTok / YouTube / Stripe

For other connected platforms, you can disconnect TrainerDNA directly from your account settings on each platform:

• Google: Visit your Google Account → Security → Third-party apps with account access.
• TikTok: Visit your TikTok settings for connected apps and services.
• YouTube: Visit your Google Account settings for third-party app access.
• Stripe: Manage connected apps from your Stripe dashboard settings.

To request deletion of data stored by TrainerDNA from these platforms, email tandemdnamarketing@gmail.com.

6. What TrainerDNA deletes

Upon a verified deletion request, TrainerDNA will delete or disconnect:

• Account and workspace data
• Connected account identifiers
• OAuth connection records and tokens, where applicable
• Stored profile, page, and account metadata from connected platforms
• User-entered workspace records (leads, clients, notes, content plans, etc.)

We may retain limited information where required by law, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or accounting obligations.

7. Timing

We will handle deletion requests within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law. You will receive confirmation once your request is processed.
