1. Who operates the service

TrainerDNA is operated by Tandem DNA Marketing LLC ("we", "us", "our"), based in the United States.

2. What TrainerDNA is

TrainerDNA is a SaaS platform for online fitness coaches. It helps coaches organize leads, clients, payment follow-ups, content planning, proof, retention signals, calendar context, and connected platform signals.

3. Information we collect directly

• Account information: email address, login/authentication data, display name, and workspace name.
• Coach profile and business details: information you enter about your coaching business.
• Client and prospect records: leads, clients, notes, check-ins, and other data you choose to store in your workspace.
• Content and proof notes: content ideas, proof notes, and planning data you add.
• Preferences and settings: your workspace configuration and app preferences.

4. Connected platform data

If you connect third-party platforms to TrainerDNA, we may access only the data you authorize. Examples include:

• Facebook Pages: page/account identity and managed Page list where authorized.
• Instagram professional accounts: username, Instagram Business ID, account type, follower count, media/post count, profile/media metadata, and read-only profile/media signals.
• Google Calendar: calendar event metadata the user authorizes.
• TikTok, YouTube, and other social platforms: account identity, public profile/media metadata, and performance signals if authorized.
• Stripe and other payment platforms: payment and checkout state if authorized.

5. Meta / Facebook / Instagram data use

TrainerDNA uses Meta Platform Data only to confirm connected accounts, display basic page/profile information, and show read-only signals inside the coach's private dashboard.

TrainerDNA does not sell Meta Platform Data. TrainerDNA does not post, publish, delete, comment, message, or modify Facebook or Instagram content unless a future feature requests and receives separate user authorization.

6. OAuth tokens and security

Connected account tokens are used to provide authorized integrations and are protected with reasonable safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, and secure storage practices.

7. How we use information

• To provide and operate TrainerDNA.
• To authenticate users and secure accounts.
• To show connected account data inside your dashboard.
• To support content planning recommendations.
• To improve product reliability and performance.
• To provide customer support.
• To protect against abuse, fraud, and security incidents.
• To comply with applicable laws.

8. Sharing and processors

TrainerDNA does not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers and processors needed to run the service, such as:

• Hosting and infrastructure providers
• Database and authentication services (for example, Supabase)
• Analytics and logging providers
• Payment processors (for example, Stripe)
• Email and support providers
• AI infrastructure providers

These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the services they perform on our behalf.

9. AI providers

TrainerDNA may use AI providers to generate recommendations or summaries from user-provided workspace data. TrainerDNA does not use connected Meta Platform Data to train public AI models.

10. Retention and deletion

Data is retained while the account or workspace is active, or as needed for service, legal, accounting, or security reasons. When you delete your account or request deletion, we remove data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to keep it for legal or security purposes.

11. Your rights and choices

13. Children

TrainerDNA is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

14. Security

We use reasonable safeguards, access controls, and secure infrastructure to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

15. International transfers

Tandem DNA Marketing LLC is based in the United States. If you access TrainerDNA from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S. or other countries where our service providers operate.

16. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version here and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
